Shoulder complex

Stability and integrity of the shoulder girdle is contributed by many different bony structures, ligaments tendons, etc. Dysfunction in any of these components can result in an impaired range of motion, decreased force generating capacity, and/or pain.

elbow and forearm

The elbow consists of articulations of the humerus, radius, and ulna, as well as associated ligaments, tendons, and connective tissue. The elbow is a common site of injury for both sports and recreational athletes. 

wrist and hand

There are 27 bones in the hand to which both intrinsic and extrinsic hand muscles can attach. Muscles in the hand are specialized for fine motor control.
